Booking Appointments & Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved just for you and I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. I confirm 48 hours in advance by email and 24 hours in advance by text to ensure you get reminded.

Arriving Late for Appointments
I know things come up at the last minute and I am aware of that but it is very important that we begin each beauty appointment on time. If for any reason you will be late please give me the courtesy of calling to inform me of your delay. Each client is given a grace period of 15 minutes and if you have not arrived or called within 15 minutes, unfortunately appointment will be cancelled if I have a back to back appointment.
Because I value my clients and their personal beauty time, calls made to the Salon during business hours, will more than likely be forwarded to my voicemail and returned the next business day
Choosing The Best Day & Time For Appointments
When you schedule your beauty appointments, please make sure that you schedule a day and time that will allow you to be free and not be in a rush or need to be out by a certain time. This is your "Me Time" and you deserve to have enough time to get pampered. Besides, I pride myself on working in a "spirit of excellence" and it is very important that I provide the best services to each client but if I am rushed, that could possibly compromise my ability to do so.
No Children In The Bar Please!
Please make prior arrangements for your children and do not bring them with you to your "Me Time" beauty appointment. While this policy helps ensure you enjoy a relaxing salon experience and my complete attention, it also was created with your child's safety in mind as I cannot assure their safety in the salon. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, if you bring children, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
New customers may be required to provide a 50% booking deposit due to the tendency of new customers to cancel late or not show up. The deposit will be deducted from the total at check-out, is not refundable, and cannot be transferred in case of rescheduling. In case of no-show or cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the service, the deposit is non-refundable.
